Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees are specified. Coach Axis is presented as simple, transparent pricing with “no setup fees, no surprises.”
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. Both Coach and Club / Organisation memberships are available monthly or annually.
Is it cheaper to pay annually?
Yes. Based on the current pricing, coaches save £30.88 per year and clubs or organisations save £60.88 per year by choosing annual membership.
Can a coach belong to more than one club?
Yes. Unlimited club affiliations are included within the Coach membership, allowing you to work across multiple participating clubs while managing your activity centrally.
Are there limits on how many coaches an organisation can have?
The current Club / Organisation plan includes unlimited coaches.
How are payments processed?
Coach Axis uses Stripe to process payments securely. The brochure states that card details do not touch Coach Axis servers.
